This project is to provide an LCD temperature display for monitoring board and component temperatures while soldering with a Rework Station. It will provide audible alerts when melting points and cooling points are crossed. These will be programmable via an encoder dial.
Get i2c LCD to display hello world
Connect MLX90614 and display current temperature information from sensor
Connect audio emitter, get it to beep when temperature changes
Plan menu, desired features, logic flow and create the software design
