This repository contains the code and data for the LIANA+ manuscript.
The repository is organized as follows:
data/: contains the small metadata files used in the manuscript.notebooks/: contains the notebooks used to generate the figures in the manuscript.environments/: contains the conda environments used to run the notebooks.generate_source_table.py: script to compile csvs from figures and supps into Supp Data.
