The widget can be configured to automatically appear below all of your posts, or manually placed anywhere within a post using a handy WordPress tag. A dashboard of MoodThingy stats is also offered so you can see which articles excite, amuse, or bore your readers, sorted by mood or number of votes in the past day, week, or month. A Website ID and API Key are required to activate this widget. You can sign up for those by creating an account at [MoodThingy.com](http://www.moodthingy.com/). Upload the "moodthingy" folder into your /wp-content/plugins/ directory. 3. Go to the Plugins section of your WordPress admin and activate the MoodThingy plugin. 4. Go to the [MoodThingy.com](http://www.moodthingy.com/) website and create a new account, or log into your account if you already have one. 5. Add a website to your account. 6. Copy and paste the Website ID and API Key from MoodThingy.com into the MoodThingy Settings page at your WordPress admin. 7. Click on the Save Changes button. 8.
