How to Run
- Download NodeJS (https://nodejs.org)
- Download all the files from this repository
- Open a terminal at this directory
Install the node package specified in "package.json", and execute the javascript code with:
$ npm install
$ npm start
- The spreadsheet "data.xlsx" should be generated
- Open it up & "save-as" into "data.csv"
- Open Matlab at this directory
- The k-D projection script can be executed by typing
kd_reduce
- The PCA anaysis script can be executed by typing:
pca_reduce
