Provides tools to manipulate VM's deployed onto a VMware ESX server.
Implements the following commands
- Power up an existing VM
- Power down and existing VM
- Shut down Guest OS
- Destroy an existing VM
- Change MAC address
- Get VM's power state (as an exit code)
- list VM's hosted on an ESX server
- list Datacentre's on an ESX server
