- 1½ c. water
- ¼ c. soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. sesame oil
- 6 oz. ginger ale
- 1 tbsp. minced ginger
- 4 tbsp. minced garlic (minimum)
- 4 oz. dark brown sugar
- 4 oz. white sugar
- 500 g. gochujang
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Reduce over heat to desired consistency.
