The travel budget tracker is an app that utilizes offline functionality to allow users to to input account data even when there is no internet connection.
As an avid traveler, I want to be able to track my withdrawals and deposits within or without a date or internet connection so that my account is accurate when I am traveling.
When the use opens the travel budget tracker without an internet connection and inputs an expense or deposit, they will receive a notification that they have added an expense or deposit.
When the user reestablishes an internet connection, the deposits or expenses added while the use was offline are added to their transaction hisotry and their totals are updated.
