Compiling the pdf

If you have pandoc installed, simply run:

make pdf

Pull requests

Please submit all pull requests with an unmodified pdf. This is because the modified date in the pdf should not be updated until the amendment is ratified.

Versioning

Each time a pull request is accepted, a tag should be created with a name of the form: constitutions-MM-DD-YY.
