1. Large needless radio-controlled truck
2. Unnecessary WI-FI router (DIR-320, for example)
3. Web-camera
4. Any Adruino model (or your own PCB with AVR controller)
5. Powerful power supply
6. Powerful engine driver (I used this one https://www.pololu.com/product/1112)
7. USB flash drive to install OpenWRT https://openwrt.org/ on your router
8. Many many wires...

Necessary software

1. Install OpenWRT
2. Plug necessary packages (see "packages" file)
3. Install Lighttpd on your router
