Python SFTP script to verify Internet performance Script is tested on Ubuntu Linux and Python3

Install required 3rd party module

• It is suggested to install these in virtual environment

python3 -m virtualenv ENV_NAME
source ENV_NAME/bin/activate
python3 -m pip install -r requirements.txt

Build your own configuration file

Example:

    "hostname":"x.x.x.x/hostname",
    "username":"username",
    "password":"secrect",
    "home_dir":"/xxx"
}

Generate dummy file for the sftp test

It's optional, if you have your own files for test

python3 filegen.py FILE_NAME FILE_SIZE_IN_BYTES

Upload or download file automation test

python3 sftpup.py -f TRANSFER_FILENAME -l CONFIGFILE_NAME -a METHOD
