otp sample using fast api and mongodb
- docker compose up -d to run the docker container of mongo db in detached mode
- run the fast api via your favourite code editor
- adding validation logic considering session_id
- for validation, retrieving the latest otp_code and comparing to the one send by the user
- further testings the api backend
