Weebify (A fun chat app)
The idea originates from having to switch between apps or tabs in order to send memes and translations in the middle of a conversation with our buddies. So we have came up with a flutter chat app which inculcates the traditional chat app but with some extra spice which comes from the mischievous translator, trending memes and stickers all in one place to keep the crazy conversation going silky smooth.
This flutter app with a Cloud Firestore backend provides a default chat screen with options to upload memes on the fly with the “Meme Generator” which is included in the app. We have added a custom built “Mischievous Translator” using NLP to provide funky and silly translations of the messages in multiple languages.
The API for the Mischievous translator is hosted in heroku.
