OBS Script to display now playing

• now_playing.py: Supports win32 windows text capture and SMTC, no thumbnail and timeline info.
• smtcinfo.py: Supports SMTC only, thumbnail and timeline info. Recommended.

1. Install Python 3.10
2. Install requirements (command: python -m pip install -r requirements.txt)
3. Load the script
4. Create a GDI+ Text Source
5. Open script settings, set "Text Source"
6. Enjoy!
