In this repository, we provide an example notebook for the paper The seasonal variability of the ocean energy cycle from a quasi-geostrophic double gyre ensemble submitted to Fluids. The notebook shows how to calculate the kinetic energy and vorticity from the last time step of the 101-member ensemble.
