Add demo node into the image

Having the demo nodes preinstalled would make it easier to write the docs for beginners (see #51). This is the same node that the ROS installation guide gets you to run.

It seems like the demo nodes have been removed as apt packages so I'm going to just not do this. I'll figure out a way to make the documentation appealing.
