TopBots Algorithm for locating peaks and valies in candles price data. Previously implemented and published link in MetaTrader language MQL4, this is a partial implementation in python.
At present, remains to be implemented: debug repeating inflections, sum up in price bins as 1/t, whete t represents age of inflection. Summed price buckets represent support / resistance levels.
