Brain Radio Analysis Code

Introduction:

This repo has some code that automates aspects of Brain Radio analysis.

Important functions to take note of:

• MAIN() - This runs everything
• createBrainRadioSubjectJSON() - Creates Brain Radio .JSON for patients
• createBrainRadioVisits() - Creates Brain Radio .JSON for visits
• printBrainRadioReport() - Use .JSON files to print a report of patients and visits
• plotInitialDataMeasures() - Plot preproc measurs for one file
