This is the source code for our submitted Annual Review of Astronomy & Astrophysics titled "Gaussian Process regression for astronomical time-series".
Most of the figures in this submission are generated using scripts in this repository via the showyourwork workflow.
To set up your environment, you can use the conda environment defined in environment.yml, and then run the Jupyter notebooks in src/scripts to generate the figures.
