Configuration files for Samurai Circuits Arduino boards (here for reference and safe keeping).
To use Samurai Circuits boards from the Arduino IDE (version 1.6.5 and later):
Start the Arduino IDE
Go into Preferences
Add the following line to the Additional Boards Manager URLs:
http://www.samuraicircuits.com/arduino/package_SamuraiCircuits.com_index.json
Then, under Tools -> Board -> Boards Manager...
Select Type Contributed
Click on Samurai Circuits AVR Boards
Click on Install
You may now select the desired Samurai Circuits board from within the Tools -> Board pulldown.
For example, you should see a heading Samurai Circuits Boards, which lists Samurai Circuits EB1
