installation instructions

1. Click ublock origin icon
2. Click open dashboard (cogwheels)
3. In filter lists tab click import
4. Paste https://raw.githubusercontent.com/rmsthebest/ublock-my-annoyances-list/master/filter.txt
5. Done!
