not every part of the code is thoroughly tested, In fact, most of it isn't
with cfb4d85 there are 32 implemented unit tests that verify the uni- & bilateral system's correct performance (at least for around three quarters of the code).
A reasonable amount of the code is well tested and with every new feature (or bug) the coverage is increased. Closing this for now.
