Rlay decentralized ontology format
Implementation of the Rlay decentralized ontology format, for use in the Ɍlay protocol, a Decentralized Information Network.
The goal of the format is to bring the expressive power of a ontology format like OWL to decentralized applications and protocols by making it content-addressable.
