What does the app do?
- Wati.io: WATI is a comprehensive customer communication platform for WhatsApp
- ERPNext: It is an open-source of ERP
- Wati ERPNext Integration (App): This app will allow sending WhatsApp messages to customers, suppliers, employees, users, etc about the different activities.
Features
1. Set Rules:
Set rules based on different activities like new, save, submit, change, etc
2. Send Message to Group:
Allow creating groups based on different doctypes. For Example, We can create one group of customers which is retailers,s and another group of customers which is wholesalers. Sometimes some message is related to the retailer then we can choose a retailer group.
3. Create Message Template
4. Send Message:
- With this, we can able to send messages to all customers, suppliers, leads, employees, or any wati group with one click.
- We ca able to schedule messages for any date and time.
- We have a template selection option and once we select the template message body will auto-populate with variables if that template has variables. We need to set values for variables.
