The dataset (USDA National Nutrient Database) is part of Methods and Application of Food Composition Laboratory which mission is to identify critical food composition needs for researchers, policymakers, food producers, and consumers (U.S. DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE). The main goal is to predict, analyze, and explore the food composition in different US foods. Predictive analysis can typically predict the food class using other features like Energykcal, Proteing, etc.
