After cloning, run npm install or yarn install in both directories to install the packages.
To run the api and the page you need to run: npm run dev or yarn dev in both directories.
The application is still in progress but part of its functionalities are already in operation.
To access the api documentation it must be running and its url will be: http://localhost:3001/api-docs/
