upzip the file, copy/move the folders to xbmc/kodi addons folder (%appdata%\xbmc\addons in windows, ~/Library/Application Support/XBMC/addons in OSX and ~/.xbmc/addons in linux). For the incoming kodi, just substitube xbmc with kodi in the path.
