Start vim and run PlugInstall

Install fonts under fonts
Configure NeoVIM with VIM
Add init.vim under ~/.config/nvim with the content
set runtimepath^=~/.vim runtimepath+=~/.vim/after
let &packpath=&runtimepath
source ~/.vim/vimrc
