How to setup local dev

Naif Mock API : https://express-dyn.glitch.me/val sample response: {"red_value":"71.91","blue_value":"38.53"}

1. npm i live-server -g to install live-server globally, or npm i live-server -d to install locally.

serve index.html to show the html by running : live-server.cmd --port=8000

4. browse to http://127.0.0.1:8000/ to see the chart
