Install Instructions

• Requires a 0.11+ version of Node.js
• npm install
• npm run-script dist (or grunt if installed globally on the system)
• npm start (or node lib/server.js if desired)
• Server is now running. Navigate to it's address, http://localhost:8080 by default.
