Drug interactions integration

Work was performed on drugbank branch. Further improvements planned: make radio buttons for filtering into checkboxes, add drug information to protein view, citing "where MIMP predictions occur, in tooltips and in mutation overview in the table".
Drug groups can be filtered in mechanism of multiple selection now. The result is intersection of selected groups (ef00496), as requested by Tina.
Side note: there was also idea to allow multiple-selection of PTM site types.
Drugs are now displayed also on mutation view page https://activedriverdb.org/mutation/show/NM_000546/282/W (after hovering mouse over kinases which are dashed line underlined) and in sequence view (same mechanism - including kinases in table and in tooltips with MIMP data).
