We could change primary isoforms to Uniprot or APPRIS.

Uniprot was chosen for now.

PS. I created a page on wiki to keep answers for potential questions like "how do you chose preferred isoforms?" I wont go into details there (the source code is the best detail-level documentation) nor discus any biological aspects (this belongs to publication and tutorial, I think) but only gather quick facts about the data-processing algorithms and related.
