- Unpack the folder "FNVSGM" to your harddrive.
- run FNVSGM.exe
- select "Savegames" -> "Scan for Savegames/Characters"
- select the profile you want to play from the dropdown list
- click "Play" button to lunch Fallout New Vegas and play with the active profile

- Now writes setting to Fallout.ini instead of FalloutPrefs.ini, should be less prone to breaking.
- Started using older version of AutoHotkey to compile for a smaller file size.
- Changed icon a little.
