development jtop 4.2.0 (list fix)

List of bugs for jtop 4.2.0 to fix before the final release if you want to try:

sudo pip3 install jetson-stats==4.2.0.dev1

I plan to release this new version for the week before NVIDIA GTC (20-24 March)
