Installation

• Create an account in YELP. Add the API Key to .env file.
• Create an account in Google API.
• Set up .env file. Find the sample file format in .env.example
• Run npm install
• Run npm run dev to start the development server at localhost:8080.
• Run npm run server to start express server.
• Run npm run build to bundle up the application for production and run npm start to start the production server at localhost:3000.

Future Work

• Implement oAuth feature
• Fetch images for places using Google photos API.
• Implement Google maps with pins for saved locations.
• Form validation for dates.
• Implement reset password.
• Responsive design.
• Implement redirect funcionality in the front-end react app.
