Spinning Flower Wheel

Create a digital landscape with your Raspberry Pi by making an electronic garden of spinning flowers, pinwheels, and even some bees! Who said gardening was difficult?

Requirements

As well as a Raspberry Pi with an SD card loaded with Raspbian, you'll also need:

Hardware

  • An Explorer HAT Pro
  • A geared motor (we use geared motors purchased from Pimoroni)
  • A wheel (we use moon buggy wheels purchased from Pimoroni)
  • Male-to-female jumper cables
  • A paper cup
  • Coloured paper to create flowers or pinwheels
  • Scissors
  • Glue
  • Blu Tack
  • Push pins
