This is an Sram22 plugin for performing LVS using magic and netgen.

Requirements

To use this plugin, you must have:

• Netgen 1.5+
• Magic 8.3+
• Rust version 1.59+

If you are targeting the sky130 technology, you must also have the sky130A PDK installed and set up for use with Magic.
