Recipe To-Do List Application Project

The objective of this project was to create an OOP-based web application based on one of your hobbies. I chose to make a recipe to-do list application as I love cooking. This is a full-stack web application following the Enterprise Architecture Model, using Java for the back-end and JavaScript for the front-end.

Getting Started

These instructions will get you a copy of the project up and running on your local machine for development and testing purposes. See deployment for notes on how to deploy the project on a live system.

Prerequisites

Eclipse IDE https://www.eclipse.org/downloads/
Spring Tools for Eclipse https://spring.io/tools
Maven https://maven.apache.org/, you will need Apache Maven 3.6.3.
JDK and JRE 1.8

Installing

git clone https://github.com/rachchan/recipeapp.git
cd recipeapp/
mvn package
java -jar recipeapp-0.0.1-SNAPSHOT-jar-with-dependencies.jar

Deployment

Run your Spring Application
On your web browser, navigate to http://localhost:8082
