General package installation/download difficulty - especially interopability with seurat

Hi,

Have been trying to work through the tutorial (10X_brain_5k/README.md) using non-10X snATAC data, but have had great difficulty installing the correct packages and dependencies, even in a conda environment. I'd really like to convert to seurat object (v4.0), but also really struggling with this.

Is there any chance you could include the sessionInfo() for this tutorial / a way into clone into this environment?
