Hi,

I am starting to learn about scatac-seq. After my Experiments i have fastq files and Barcodes.
I am trying to redo the examples here, but i fail at the beginning: how Was this files created with all the additional Information i am not having at the beginning:

http://renlab.sdsc.edu/r3fang/share/github/Mouse_Brain_10X/atac_v1_adult_brain_fresh_5k_singlecell.csv

Or is this 10x specific?
