Python implementation of the PROFILE pipeline to personalize logical model.
This code is a python implementation of the methode described in link_. It allows to calculate the transition rates and to resume the effect of the mutations in a boolean format. The objects Cellline and CellEnsemble have also been created to facilitate the creation of personalized ce of a general logical model and comparison between many personalized model versions respectively. CellEnsemble also allows to simulate mutations or treatments on all the personalized instances easily.
A tutorial showing how each step of the creation and the use of personnalied models has been upload in this repository also.
pip install profile_maboss
python -m maboss_setup
The first command will install the library, the second one will install maboss executables.
