PresentPDF is a pdf viewer in presentation mode. It provides two windows. One for the audience and one for the presenter.
Just use make.
It requires the poppler, clutter 1.8 and cairo libraries.
If the presenter console window has the focus, fullscreen of stage window does not hide the gnome-panel.
