We have developed a web-based Comparative Gene Cluster Viewer that allows you to upload the sequences of your favourite gene cluster (e.g. an operon in Bacteria), perform dynamic search against your choice of genomes and interactively visualize the conservation of the gene cluster via our novel multi-genome browser.
