The QuISL (Quantum Information Science Library) is a Java Library (or Toolbox/Framework), which will act as Simulator of this new technology, as also, will allow to build and study Quantum Circuits, Quantum Algorithms, among many others, using a Object-Oriented Language, such as Java Programming Language.

The QuISL (Quantum Information Science Library) is a MATLAB Library (or Toolbox/Framework), which will act as Simulator of this new technology, as also, will allow to build and study Quantum Circuits, Quantum Algorithms, among many others, using a Multi-Paradigm Numerical Computing Language, such as MATLAB Programming Language.
