As for any active effort, there are always many ways in which we hope to evolve and improve the specification and tools. We encourage you to look at the list of currently open issues to share your ideas and expertise.
Contributions to the specification require you to agree to a Contributor License Agreement (CLA), declaring that you have the right to, and actually do, grant us the rights to use your contribution. A CLA bot will automatically add a comment with instructions for how to do so when contributing to this repository for the first time.
