- shapes of the regions of intrest (ROI)/training samples with change
Programms recommended:
- Anaconda Navigator (Anaconda3)
Steps for execution:
- import conda environment
- use jupyter notebook with anaconda3
- change file directory for stack and shape
- change ID field for your data
- select median or mean in "Visualisation"
execute plot script till TESTZONE for visual analysis (plots) for timelines of the ROIs
