attention:

1. if u used the x64 java(jre), please use the x64 dll, the same if x32, if you wana x64 dll, please the delphi XE2 or upper
2. the string of delphi is Not supported by others language, so please use the pchar, and in java using com.sun.jna.WString Corresponding to it.

注意点
