INSTALL:

• git clone repo_url
• cd packathon-vote
• sudo pip3 install -U -r requirements.txt
• Check settings file
• python3 manage.py makemigrations
• python3 manage.py migrate
• python3 manage.py createsuperuser
• python3 manage.py runserver
