Enable MySQL binlog in my.cnf, restart MySQL server after making the changes.

Create an account with replication privileges:
GRANT REPLICATION SLAVE, REPLICATION CLIENT, SELECT ON *.* TO 'user'@'localhost'
$ meteor add numtel:mysql
$ meteor remove autopublish
