EBGAN/VAE experiments with MNIST
No pull away term yet. The config used is loosely modeled on prescription in paper (see section under grid search).
Apart from the general learning experience component, one of the motivations of this mini project is to convert it into a VAE with the encoder+decoder + auxillary GAN generator component for additional signal boosting.
