This code removes the frame of any picture if the frame consists of only one color using numpy. Still working on detection of multiple colours.

INSTALLATION:

In order to run the code, the user needs to install the following:

1. PIL
2. Numpy

NOTE: This program is designed and tested on PYTHON 3.6

RUN:

Once the program is run, the desired image(without the background) is obtained.
